Signal Bloom is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
Signal Bloom is a digital marketing and web design service for UK tradespeople, operated by Henry Socks, based in Oxfordshire, United Kingdom.
Contact: hello@signalbloom.co.uk
For the purposes of UK GDPR, Signal Bloom is the data controller for the personal data we process.
2. What data we collect
When you submit the free digital audit form on our website, we collect:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your trade or profession
- Your phone number
- Your website URL (if provided)
We do not collect payment information. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. We do not run any form of analytics unless you have consented (we may add Google Analytics in the future, at which point this policy will be updated).
3. Why we collect it
We collect your data for one purpose only: to prepare and deliver a free digital audit of your business's online presence and to follow up with you about Signal Bloom's services.
Our lawful basis for processing this data is legitimate interests — specifically, our legitimate interest in providing the service you have requested, and your legitimate interest in receiving it.
4. How we store and protect your data
Form submissions are processed via Formspree, a third-party form service, and delivered to our secure email inbox. Formspree processes data in accordance with their own privacy policy and GDPR compliance framework.
Your data is stored within our email system and is not transferred to any other third parties, sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
5. How long we keep your data
We will retain your contact information for as long as is necessary to provide our services or as long as we have a legitimate business reason to do so. If you ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your data, we will do so promptly (see Your Rights below).

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — you can ask us to delete your data
- Right to restrict processing — you can ask us to limit how we use your data
- Right to object — you can object to our use of your data at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@signalbloom.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
This website does not currently use cookies, tracking scripts, or advertising pixels. If we add analytics in the future (such as Google Analytics), we will update this policy and add a cookie notice accordingly.
8. Links to other websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (such as example portfolio sites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and recommend you read their own privacy policies.
